Lifted Above Home Care provides assistance with activities of daily living (ADL), such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility assistance, incontinence care, feeding, and medication reminding.
Homemaking includes but is not limited to assistance with housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation.
Companionship includes but is not limited to non-medical, basic supervision to ensure a client’s safety and well-being.
We provide assistance and support to primary caregivers.
Lifted Above Home Care provides transportation to and from doctor appointments, grocery stores, errands, shopping and outings.
Our 24-Hour Care includes one or more of the above services with client who requires around the clock one-on-one care.
